Currently, we are looking for a Digital Marketing & Sales Manager. Are you the one who fits with us?

What We’re Looking For :
  1. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, TikTok ads, Meta ads; knowledge of Google Ads is a plus.
  3. Experience in online & offline sales – prior experience in B2B or B2C sales, especially in e-commerce or online platforms.
  4. Marketplace knowledge.
  5. A creative mindset, with the ability to quickly identify trending topics and know when to engage.
  6. A detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple, high-profile projects.
  7. Willing to learn new things and love challenges.
Responsibilities :
  1. Manage Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads, and develop metrics to measure the success of KPIs.
  2. Execute and monitor the performance of each channel while optimizing to achieve the specified target.
  3. Analyze, evaluate, and report ads performance and its impact on sales regularly (weekly & monthly).
  4. Collaborate with the creative team in developing engaging ad materials aligned with campaign objectives.
  5. Manage and optimize digital marketing tools and CRM.
  6. Supervise, monitor, and evaluate Host live & Store activities.
  7. Optimize sales in offline stores.
  8. Plan and execute strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  9. Monitor after-sales support, returns, or complaints.
  10. Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and traffic.
