Job Description: Site Manager in Civil Construction

We are seeking a Site Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction (factory/building projects). The ideal candidate should:

• Be a professional decision-maker with leadership qualities.

• Be proficient in AUTOCAD and project management systems.

Responsibilities:

1. Control and report on:

• Project schedule
• Project budget
• Shop drawings

Monitor project progress and contribute to project performance.

Build and maintain good relationships to fulfill owner requests.

Supervise and control construction work, leading the engagement team to meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.

Maintain regular liaison with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure service meets requirements.

Review and analyze project expenditure to deliver cost-effective services.

Ensure safety and health standards are maintained within the scope of works.
