Role Overview

We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Software Engineer with strong experience in TypeScript, Next.js, and mobile app development. The ideal candidate has led technical projects, can mentor teammates, and is eager to contribute to a collaborative and fast-paced environment. You’ll work on full-stack features, scalable mobile applications, and deploy and maintain services on Linux-based systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using TypeScript and Next.js.
• Build and maintain mobile apps using Flutter or Kotlin.
• Manage application deployment, monitoring, and scaling on Linux servers.
• Lead technical projects from planning through execution and maintenance.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
• Contribute to improving internal engineering standards, tooling, and processes.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with TypeScript and Next.js development.
• Proven track record in mobile application development using Flutter or Kotlin.
• Solid understanding of Linux server environments for software deployment and maintenance.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead projects and mentor others effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; team-first mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience with no-code automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make, etc.).
• Background in technical leadership or previous team lead responsibilities.
• Familiarity with Agile SDLC and collaboration in Scrum-based teams.
• Development experience with Python or Java.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
