Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize OpenShift clusters to ensure availability, scalability, and security.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using OpenShift.
- Work with DevOps teams to automate workflows and deployment processes.
- Monitor the performance of applications running on OpenShift and troubleshoot as needed.
- Perform regular OpenShift upgrades and patching.
- Provide technical support and training to internal teams on the use and maintenance of OpenShift.
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to OpenShift architecture, configuration, and operational procedures.
- Willingness to work on-site at client location and be part of the on-call services (call-on-duty).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with container platforms such as OpenShift or Kubernetes.
- Deep understanding of OpenShift architecture and components.
- Experience in managing and configuring OpenShift clusters.
- Skills using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GCP.
- Knowledge of container management using Docker.
- Scripting skills with Bash, Python, or other scripting languages.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Understanding of security practices in container and DevOps environments.
- Experience with infrastructure automation and orchestration.
- Relevant certifications or Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) are a plus.
- Adaptive to new technologies and able to work in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive in finding solutions and improving system efficiency.
- Good time management skills and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
