Job description

Lead and cultivate Responsible to Life value.

Collaborate with academic leaders to identify improvement areas and implement effective solutions, as well as support school events and operational needs.

Analyze operational processes and propose enhancements to support teaching, learning, and wellbeing.

Support strategic planning, budgeting, and performance reviews.

Contribute to the development of school policies and long-term improvement plans.

Oversee daily school operations, including administration, facilities, safety, and logistics.

Manage and support administrative, facilities, admissions, and support staff.

Ensure compliance with school policies, health & safety standards, and government regulations.

Coordinate with the Foundation for HR, finance, procurement, and reporting.

Support event coordination, communication, and campus routines.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education Management, Psychology, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in school operations or management.

Strong strategic thinking with a proven record of implementing improvements.

Excellent leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Experience across multiple school levels is preferred.

Proven ability to lead diverse teams and multitask across age levels.

Knowledge of school systems, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.

Remain calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and highly dependable.

Familiarity with school and educational support systems and budgeting is advantageous.
