Job description

PT Tarabatuh Manunggal, a subsidiary of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk, is seeking a Heavy Equipment Maintenance Supervisor.

Responsibilities

1. Monitor maintenance activities (preventive and repair) for heavy equipment in the Andesite Mine.
2. Provide accountable and reliable maintenance reports.
3. Ensure the implementation of an effective Maintenance Management System.

Qualifications

1. Office Location: Jonggol/Cariu site, Kab. Bogor, or other aggregate operation units.
2. Ability to communicate and write reports in English.
3. Educational Background: Minimum Associate Degree (D3) in Mechanical Engineering.
4. Minimum 6 years of experience as a Senior Maintenance or Senior Mechanic in a mining company or heavy-duty maintenance environment.
5. Responsible, striving for excellence, integrity, process-driven performance, and teamwork.
6. Communicative, interactive, innovative, with strong leadership qualities and self-initiative.
7. Good understanding of managing yellow machinery/mining heavy equipment (dump trucks, excavators, bulldozers, wheel loaders, etc.) and maintenance management systems.
