Job description

Store Representative and Visual Merchandiser

We are seeking a creative and artistic Store Representative and Visual Merchandiser.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle and follow up with customers both offline and online.
2. Create and refresh store displays to enhance ambiance (visual merchandising).
3. Style interior content for social media and website.
4. Maintain customer relations.
5. Manage sales administration and input daily sales into the Zahir program.
6. Monitor sales and inquiries.
7. Update stock information in the system.
8. Work locations: Kemang South Jakarta or IDD PIK, Tangerang.

Qualifications:

• Maximum age of 33 years.
• Bachelor's Degree or D3 in Interior Design, Art, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Good aesthetic sense.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work in a team and independently, with proactive communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
