Requirements :

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum two years of proven experience managing social media for a brand, agency, or business.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including trends, algorithm updates, and platform-specific features.
- Experience with paid social advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is preferred.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft engaging and concise posts.
- Proficient in using social media management and analytics tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work efficiently under deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of design and brand aesthetics.
- Experience in influencer marketing and collaboration.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
- Understanding of Meta Ads and how it relates to social media marketing.
- Experience with community management and customer service.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals and enhance brand recognition.
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality content, including text, images, videos, and infographics, across all major platforms (Google Review, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive traffic, increase engagement, and generate leads.
- Monitor social media channels daily to interact with followers, answer questions, and handle customer service inquiries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other marketing team members to create cohesive and compelling campaigns.
- Use social media scheduling tools to optimise content posting times and increase engagement if needed.
- Track and analyse social media performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, or platform-specific insights.
- Provide monthly reports on key performance metrics, including follower growth, engagement rates, and conversions.
- Research and stay current with emerging social media platforms, trends, and tools.
- Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and brand advocates to expand reach and engagement.
