ERP Technical Consultant - IT Consulting - Jakarta (B-118692)

The working venue is in Central Jakarta.

Our client is an IT Consulting company. Currently, they are seeking an ERP Technical Consultant.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Analyze clients' existing systems and business models to recommend solutions using ERP systems or workarounds.
2. Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
3. Prepare project feasibility studies, cost estimates, and schedules.
4. Present system demonstrations to clients.
5. Provide technical expertise in ERP solutions, including configuration, customization, bug fixing, upgrades, and maintenance.
6. Oversee new system implementations, ensuring quality and successful data migration.
7. Develop, supervise, and document testing schedules and scenarios.
8. Provide user training and develop manuals for new systems.
9. Ensure timely and high-quality system development, meeting standards and deadlines.
10. Manage application software and infrastructure within the domain.
11. Perform root cause analysis for system issues.
12. Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and tools.
13. Maintain high application integrity and support through documentation and procedures.
14. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Business Computing, or related field.
2. Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
3. Experience leading at least 5 ERP implementations valued over IDR 1 billion (excluding software/hardware costs).
4. Minimum 5 years as an ERP Technical Consultant.
5. Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO / D365 BC development and implementation.
7. Hands-on experience with SQL Server, SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, IIS, C#.
8. Preferable experience in manufacturing, distribution, retail, or logistics industries.
9. Participation in at least 3 full-cycle software implementations for manufacturing.
10. Experience working with Japanese companies or clients.
