Job description

On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking a proactive and experienced General Affairs Manager to oversee and manage all GA-related functions in our client's manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

Manage general affairs operations including building management, company assets, and facility maintenance.

Oversee company services such as transportation, security, housekeeping, and office supplies.

Ensure all company activities comply with occupational health and safety regulations (K3).

Coordinate and monitor health and safety initiatives and emergency response procedures.

Lead the implementation of cost-effective GA policies and operational improvements.

Support compliance with environmental and legal standards relevant to the manufacturing industry.

Supervise GA staff and develop their skills to enhance department performance.

Liaise with external vendors and government agencies as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a GA role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Certified in K3 (Occupational Health & Safety) – mandatory.

Strong knowledge of GA operations, building management, and vendor coordination.

Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Familiarity with ISO, safety audits, and government regulations.

Able to work on-site and manage multiple facilities, if required.
