Job Description:

Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive and motivated Business Development Executive to join our Human Resources Services company. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving the growth of our HR services. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR services, excellent sales skills, and a proven ability to develop and implement successful business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HR services sector.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  3. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
  4. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns.
  6. Present and demonstrate HR services to potential clients.
  7. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales objectives.
  8. Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.

Requirements:
