About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and client-oriented Relationship Manager to join our team in Jawa Barat Area. This role is crucial in maintaining strong customer relationships and driving business growth through advisory and investment product offerings. The Relationship Manager will also ensure compliance with KYC principles and other regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Know Your Customer (KYC) principles at the time of transactions.
• Achieve individual AUM (Asset Under Management) targets.
• Build and maintain strong communication with clients.
• Ensure all transactions comply with company and OJK (Financial Services Authority) policies.
• Open Mutual Fund and Equity accounts and manage collective investment portfolios.
• Assist clients with investment management services aligned with internal policies.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of client communications and transactions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Relationship Manager.
• Must hold a WPPE/WAPERD certification.
• Strong public speaking and relationship management skills.
• Passionate, hardworking, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Trustworthy and proactive.
• Active involvement in community or networking groups is a plus.
