Responsibilities

• Lead and Manage a QA team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
• Drive the design, execution & maintenance of test cases in collaboration with QA, Product, Development.
• Perform functional, regression, performance, and usability testing on Desktop, Web, and Mobile applications, and provide actionable feedback.
• Create and Maintain test documentation, ensuring alignment with project goals and standards.
• Mentor Intern/Junior QA engineers on best practices, troubleshooting, and skill development.
• Own complex testing scenarios, including strategy, prioritization & execution, aligned with business needs.
• Review and improve test cases, strategies, and processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage defect identification, documentation, and resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve testing processes, tools, and technologies.
• Ensure timely completion of testing tasks and assist with planning, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Stay updated on new testing tools and industry trends to enhance team performance and project delivery.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 9 to 12 years of hands-on experience in Software Quality Assurance or Testing (Manual/Automation).
• Hands-on experience with testing tools (e.g., API, SQL, Selenium, JIRA, Tesmo) and Programming Languages (e.g., Python, Java, scripting languages) for designing Automation Frameworks.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work effectively in a structured, organized, and fast-paced team environment and proven ability to manage and execute complex testing tasks independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa and English, with local Indonesian Citizenship required.
