We are hiring a General Manager – Sales & Marketing for premium housing/villa development, a premium boutique development under the portfolio of Asiantrust Capitaland. This is a unique opportunity to lead the commercial success of a high-end residential project designed to cater to discerning buyers in Jakarta and Bali.

  • Lead sales and marketing efforts for Nivara Resort Townhouse, positioning it as a premier lifestyle investment for high-net-worth individuals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project development, finance, and customer service to ensure alignment of sales goals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to continuously refine strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the sales and marketing team to enhance productivity and performance.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
  • Organize exclusive events and campaigns to elevate brand awareness and drive direct sales among premium clientele.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, brokers, and investment partners in Jakarta, Bali, and beyond.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and marketing within the property or luxury real estate industry.
  • Proven track record in penetrating and managing premium/luxury markets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in planning and executing property-related events and activations.
  • Well-connected with agents, brokers, and affluent networks in Jakarta and/or Bali.
  • Creative, strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
  • Willing to travel and be based in both Jakarta and Bali as required.
