Summary of Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement MICE & Wedding strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
  2. Lead, manage and motivate the MICE & Wedding team to ensure they are meeting targets and delivering exceptional results.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to drive revenue growth.
  4. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and develop appropriate responses.
  5. Work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing and promotional campaigns to drive MICE & Wedding sales.
  6. Provide regular updates to senior management on MICE & Wedding performance, market trends, and revenue projections.
  7. Ensure all MICE & Wedding processes are efficient and effective, and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  1. Only for Chinese Expatriate.
  2. Minimum of 3 years experience in the same position.
  3. In-depth knowledge of the Chinese MICE and Wedding industry trends and best practices.
  4. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  6. Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  7. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Business Administration, or a related field.
