E2E Project Management, Senior Executive

Job Description

The project management role is responsible for managing all aspects of project activities from costing, setup, execution, data quality, to end deliverables. Ensuring projects are completed within established budgets, parameters, schedules, and quality standards. A proactive approach to addressing potential operational risks with mitigation plans in place is essential to ensure delivery on all project commitments and to drive high client satisfaction. Commercial understanding and maintaining high customer service standards are key, as this role works closely with commercial partners and end clients.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage Consumer Insights projects from supporting proposal and costing through setup, fielding, and analysis to ensure accurate and timely final delivery.
  2. Partner with Client Service, Operations, external Vendors, and other business partners to ensure projects meet agreed time frames, budgets, quality, and accuracy standards.
  3. Drive project management excellence in the market.
  4. Advise Market leaders of any project management challenges and proactively drive improvements and solutions.
  5. Identify and mitigate risks to project success or profitability with full and transparent communication.
  6. Find solutions for issues and non-standard requirements and requests.
  7. Provide practical, hands-on support to the Client Service team to enhance project development and delivery.
  8. Seek and raise areas for improvements or productivity gains, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  9. Manage multi-country projects, offline or mixed methodology projects, and/or highly technical/complex projects.
  10. Manage direct reports (if applicable) to ensure optimal performance and employee satisfaction.
  11. Train, coach, and mentor other project managers in the team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3+ years Market Research experience, preferably in Operations.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, preferred.
  • Extensive project management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities following strict timelines.
  • Strong attention to detail, high accuracy, and quality standards.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and communication tools.
