About the job: Area Sales Manager (Papua Barat - Sorong)

Job & Responsibilities:

1. In charge of sales forecasting and the breakdown of sales targets.
2. Oversee and control sales stock, DOI, and Account Receivable on distributors.
3. Responsible for overseeing and ensuring Account Receivables are paid on time.
4. Oversee and control sales in all Papua Area (Jayapura, Sorong, Timika, Nabire, Ambon, Manokwari).
5. Develop sales area strategies.
6. Validate the administration of sales & claims.
7. Coach and review local distributors.

Specifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience as Area Sales Manager (General Trade) in health/beauty company in Papua.
• Willing to do mobile work to monitor the Papua area.
• Preferably residing in Papua.
• Able to work with targets.
• Possess leadership skills.
• Proven ability to cooperate with local distributors.
