The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in psychology and at least 3 years of experience in recruitment. You will collaborate with business leaders to develop workforce plans and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Lead and manage the recruitment process to ensure a timely and effective hiring process within the company.
Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop strategic workforce plans.
Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract candidates, particularly in the Audio Visual technology sectors.
Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, psychology tests, and interviews.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Oversee onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
Collaborate on various HR projects and responsibilities.
Workdays: Monday – Friday
Compensation includes commission, annual salary (1-year contract), penalties for contract breach, THR, and PPh 21 income tax.
