Ideal Candidate
- Campaign Analysis: Monitor the performance of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and email marketing.
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights to the marketing team.
- ROI Optimization: Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and targeting to maximize ROI.
- A/B Testing: Plan and execute A/B tests to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements. Use test results to inform campaign optimization.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate campaign performance and key metrics to stakeholders. Highlight key insights from the data.
- Competitor Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends and conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and differentiation points.
- Keyword and Audience Research: Conduct keyword research and audience analysis to inform ad targeting and content strategies.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including content, design, and development to ensure aligned marketing efforts and campaign success.
- Communication & Coordination: Keep internal teams updated on project progress, draft client communications, organize meetings, and coordinate schedules between teams and clients.
- Client & Product Knowledge: Manage client requests/issues, understand Google products (Analytics, Optimize, Digital Marketing), and quickly learn new concepts.
- Experience & Skills: Preferably have a background in digital marketing, with strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently.
The Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields; Master’s is a plus.
- 2–3 years of experience as a Product, Data, or Business Analyst.
- Experience in tech, consulting, e-commerce, or financial services is valued.
- Proficient in SQL, familiar with Python, R, or advanced Excel, and BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Data Studio.
- Hands-on with A/B testing, cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and understanding of product metrics.
- Experience with marketing channels and data-driven campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
