Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associate degree in graphic design or related field with minimum GPA 3.00.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design role in FMCG E-Commerce.
• Proficient in design and illustration software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Able to work independently, but can collaborate with a cross-functional team.
• Have good communication skill for smooth coordination.
• Can work under pressure and have can-do attitude.
• Fully work from office, but willing to work in flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality visuals for social media and e-commerce, including content, web banners, pack shots, and e-commerce design.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and brand teams to understand campaign goals and optimize visuals for conversion.
• Ensure assets meet platform requirements and brand guidelines.
• Develop thematic, seasonal, and promotional campaign visuals.
• Maintain consistent visual identity across all e-commerce, internal commerce website, and digital channels.
• Manage multiple projects with swift action in a fast-paced online retail environment.
