Job summary

Wings Group in Batam, Indonesia, is seeking an E-commerce Specialist to develop and execute online strategies across marketplaces and our own channels, driving sales growth and profitability.

You will analyze customer behavior and market trends, coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure flawless execution, and monitor KPIs to lift traffic, conversion, and average order value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Experience in beauty e-commerce 1–3 years.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute e-commerce strategies across marketplaces and brand channels.
• Analyze sales performance and market trends to optimize assortment, pricing, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations to implement initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare reports to improve traffic, conversion, and AOV.

Job Description

• Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and achieve business objectives across online marketplaces and brand-owned channels.
• Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities, optimize product assortment, pricing, promotions, and digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations, to ensure effective execution of e-commerce initiatives and a seamless customer experience.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare performance reports, and recommend data-driven strategies to improve traffic, conversion rate, average order value, and overall online business performance.
