Join Bali Swim, a fast-growing global B2B manufacturer with production in Bali, empowering female entrepreneurs around the world. We’re looking for a strategic, detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to take charge of our online stores and help bring bold brand visions to life.

This is not just another marketing role — it’s a hands-on, tech-meets-fashion position. You’ll work with a hybrid team, manage our Shopify infrastructure, and shape the online experience of a modern, sustainability-led swimwear company.

Key Responsibilities
Shopify & E-Commerce Management
  • Maintain and optimize our Shopify store — from product listings and fabrics to collections and filters.
  • Manage apps and integrations to boost UX and functionality.
  • Manage and develop custom improvements and feature launches.
  • Conduct audits to improve load speed, performance, and conversion rates.
Website Oversight (Shopify + WordPress)
  • Keep pages and content fresh, functional, and secure.
  • Troubleshoot site issues, update plugins, and implement UX enhancements.
  • Ensure promotional campaigns and discounts run smoothly.
Product & Inventory Admin
  • Upload new products, manage imagery, tags, and CSV bulk edits.
  • Track inventory status: ready stock, pre-orders, sold out, etc.
  • Test all live features to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor product and customer data: conversions, cart behavior, returning visitors.
  • Translate insights into action for product, marketing, and CX teams.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience managing a Shopifystore (other platforms a plus).
  • Strong grasp of digital workflows, product merchandising, and web functionality.
  • Tech-savvy and organized — can manage both the details and the bigger picture.
  • Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, and light graphic tools (Canva, Adobe).
  • Excellent written/spoken English and a proactive mindset.
