About The Role

As the Ecommerce Specialist at PT Maju Express Indonesia, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's digital marketing strategy and online sales initiatives. This full-time position is based in North Jakarta, Jakarta, where you will contribute to the overall growth and success of the company's e-commerce operations.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage and optimise the company's e-commerce platforms, ie. Shopee, Tokopedia, Tiktok, etc.
  • Develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and sales
  • Analyse website and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create compelling content and product listings
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing
  • Continuously test and optimise the user experience to enhance customer satisfaction and conversion rates
  • Provide regular reports and recommendations to the management team

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a similar role
  • Have experience in Telecommunication Industry / Accessories HP is an added value
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimising e-commerce platforms and digital marketing campaigns
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong understanding of online consumer behaviour, search engine optimisation (SEO), and social media marketing
  • Proficient in using e-commerce and digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
