Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing comprehensive e-commerce strategies to boost online sales and expand the company's digital presence
- Manage, execute, and ensure correct store setup including (but not limited to) product listings, pricing, promotions, storefront decoration, affiliate commission, livestream, etc
- Manage stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to avoid shortages or oversales
- Developing and executing targeted digital marketing campaigns, including search engine optimisation (SEO)
- Monitor ads performance and adjust strategies based on data insights to maximize ROI and store visibility
- Explore platform promotional campaigns (Flash sale, subsidy, etc) and perform submissions both through seller center or account manager
- Perform administrative tasks such as payment processing and data documentation
- Maintain communication with account managers to explore growth opportunities, promotions (subsidy, exposure, campaigns etc)
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, competitor activity, affiliate and campaign results to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies
- Recap data (sales, expense, etc), prepare reports and provide insights for continuous store and sales optimization
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in managing & operating E-Commerce store on Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada
- Minimum 2 years combined experience in being a key account manager in Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada
- Proven track record in optimizing listings, running ads, and increasing online sales
- Experience using Excel, Google Sheets, or analytics tools for sales and performance tracking
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, web analytics, search engine optimization, and digital advertising
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and implement new ideas
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams
- Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, digital media, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
