Manage and oversee daily operations of online stores on marketplaces like Shopee and TikTok.
Maintain the health of online stores by adhering to marketplace policies and resolving any issues that arise.
Regularly update and manage product listings, including the creation and maintenance of MSKU (Merchant Stock Keeping Unit) codes.
Adjust product prices as necessary to stay competitive and aligned with sales strategies.
Customer Service & Quality Control:
Ensure the highest quality of customer service by responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Monitor and manage customer reviews and feedback to maintain a positive store reputation.
Promotion & Campaign Management:
Register and manage participation in flash sales, campaigns, and promotional events on marketplace platforms.
Work with marketing teams to create and manage store-specific promotions and advertisements.
Utilize and optimize marketplace promotional features to increase product visibility and sales.
Collaborate with the Account Executive to plan and execute promotions, product launches, and other eCommerce initiatives.
Provide insights and recommendations for promotional strategies based on marketplace trends and data analysis.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze sales data and operational metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, shipping times, and inventory turnover to inform decision-making and strategy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.
Previous experience in managing online stores on marketplaces like Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of marketplace operations, algorithms, and promotional tools. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use data to drive business decisions.
