E-Commerce Specialist

As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will:

1. Register and develop a new brand on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, Tokopedia, Blibli, etc.
2. Monitor brand performance, analyze data, and sales performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
3. Develop and execute strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and boost sales.
4. Connect the brand with e-commerce business partners or manage relationships.
5. Work closely with marketing teams to align online campaigns with product launches and promotional events.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience as an E-commerce Specialist, in Relationship Management, or other relevant position, preferably in the marketplace or beauty brand industry.
2. Familiarity with all metrics relevant to marketplaces and ability to provide insights and action plans based on data analysis.
3. Experience in managing marketplace ads.
4. Proficiency in advanced Excel or similar tools for data analysis.
5. Diligent, detail-oriented, and highly analytical.
6. Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
