Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain the online store.
  • Ensure product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and visually appealing.
  • Optimize the site’s design, functionality, and user experience to maximize conversions.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze customer behavior, trends, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and improve the performance of paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Track and report on sales, website traffic, and conversion metrics using tools.
  • Implement data-driven strategies to increase online sales.
  • Work on improving the customer journey, conversion rates, and average order value (AOV).
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage customer feedback and work on improvements based on reviews and complaints.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer service teams.
  • Work closely with the content creation team to ensure the brand message is consistent across all platforms.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and deliveries.
  • Keep up to date with the latest eCommerce trends and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Min 3 years experience as e-commerce specialist
  • Proven experience in eCommerce or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and tools.
  • Proficient in analytics.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, logistics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of supply chain and inventory management.
