About The Role – E-Commerce Sales Outreach Specialist

As a Sales Outreach Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth by re-engaging customers, recovering abandoned carts, and supporting buyers throughout their journey. You’ll communicate via email, SMS, and live chat to encourage purchases, provide personalized recommendations, and deliver a seamless shopping experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Reach out to potential customers to recover abandoned carts and close sales.
  • Provide product recommendations and guide buyers toward the best-fit solutions.
  • Proactively engage customers via email, SMS, and live chat.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve strategies and achieve sales goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience.
  • 1 year of customer service experience via phone, email, or chat (e-commerce experience is a big plus).
  • Strong persuasive communication skills and a natural ability to convert leads.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, CRM tools, or customer engagement platforms.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.

Technical Requirements

  • Stable DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps, LAN required)
  • Personal PC or laptop with a minimum i5 processor.
