Develop and generate revenue and profit margin for online sales in Indonesia.
Create sales projections and implement initiatives to achieve continuous sales growth.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive high-quality traffic to the online store.
Lead Internet Marketing and social media innovation, including experience in TikTok Shop, Instagram, and other emerging platforms.
Plan and manage platform/channel development and system integration projects, ensuring they meet budget, timeline, scope, and quality standards.
Define, track, and optimize operational KPIs across the end-to-end consumer journey.
Develop and manage promotional campaigns across all official stores on marketplace platforms (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
Conduct e-commerce sales analytics and prepare performance reports for internal stakeholders.
Identify, initiate, and manage collaboration with external brands or influencers that align with our brand values and target market, to boost brand visibility and drive conversion.
Foster strong relationships with key e-commerce platforms and strategic partners to maximize growth opportunities and co-branding campaigns.
Job Requirement:
At least 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and E-Commerce, preferably within the FMCG industry (especially food/snacks).
Accustomed to working on E-Commerce platforms such as Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, and Shopee.
