A leading e-commerce company seeks a Platform Manager to oversee cross-border operations, optimize product visibility, and enhance sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, data analysis expertise, and a proactive approach to innovation in e-commerce strategies.
1. Responsible for the recruitment, training, organization, and motivation of the operations team for the management platform, enhancing overall team performance and meeting performance targets.
2. Responsible for managing the cross-border e-commerce platform, collaborating with team members in Indonesia and China on various activities such as product listings, order management, optimizing listings, and submitting promotional activities.
3. In charge of optimizing store products, capable of analyzing sales data to implement refined management strategies that enhance product visibility, conversion rates, and overall sales.
4. Responsible for directing store traffic and continuously improving advertising performance.
5. Proficient at the platform's policies and systems, ensuring the store maintains a high rating and good reputation, promptly responding to customer emails, addressing and resolving complaints, and enhancing overall rating levels.
6. Consistently perform data analysis for the store to enhance the click-through rate of visitors and improve order conversion rates, ultimately meeting sales targets.
7. Responsible for store performance and regularly review and analyse data .
8. Complete tasks assigned by supervisors or team members.
Job Requirements:
1. Over 3 years of hands-on experience in cross-border e-commerce operations, with a solid understanding of the operational processes involved in cross-border goods, and the ability to build and manage a platform from 0 - 1.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
3. Knowledgeable about the cross-border supply chain for 3C products.
4. Possess strong data analysis skills to develop operational strategies and optimization plans based on data insights.
5. Good leadership skills and communication skills.
6. Strong sense of innovation, capable of continuously seeking new e-commerce operational models and marketing strategies.
7. High resilience to stress and a strong sense of responsibility, maintaining a positive work attitude even under pressure.
