E-commerce Operations Specialist (TikTok Shop/Tokopedia)

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce with proven track record of managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms and digital marketing campaigns (fresh graduates are welcome)
2. Strong analytical skills with data-driven approach to decision-making
3. In-depth knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Marketing, and E-commerce Platforms (TikTok Shop/Tokopedia)
4. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills
6. Willing to work from the office in The Prime Office Suite, North Jakarta

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms TikTok and Tokopedia
2. Develop and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and sales
3. Plan, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI
4. Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for growth
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Warehouse, Design) to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce strategies
6. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative e-commerce sales solutions
7. Track, measure, and report on key performance metrics; providing actionable insights for strategy adjustments
