Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of flash sale channel on E-commerce application.
• Plan, schedule, and execute flash sale campaigns.
• Ensuring timely product listings, accurate pricing, and promotional readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Category Operations team and Graphic Designer to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Analyze campaign performance and user behavior data to optimize product selection, pricing, and display strategies.
• Monitor competitor activities and local market trends to enhance channel competitiveness.
• Propose and implement improvements to boost traffic, conversion rates, and GMV.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or any related field.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience as E-commerce Operations (Preferably with flash sale or channel management experience).
• Fluent in English is a must.
• Strong data analysis skills, especially using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Self-driven, detail oriented, and cabaple of working under tight deadlines.
