Job summary

A technology accessory firm located in Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat is seeking an Operations Specialist. This role involves managing online store operations on platforms such as Shopee and TikTok / Tokopedia, coordinating with marketing teams for promotional campaigns, and conducting sales analysis. Candidates should have at least 2 years of e-commerce operational experience and hold a bachelor's degree. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in managing operational stores on e-commerce platforms.
• Experience with Shopee and TikTok / Tokopedia is required.
• Proficient with marketplace features such as Flash Sale and Feeds.

Job description

Responsibility:

1. Manage online store operations, including uploading posters and product descriptions, decorating the store, setting pricing, and managing promotions on marketplace platforms Shopee and Tiktok / Tokopedia.
2. Coordinate with the online marketing team regarding promotional campaigns to increase sales conversion, build awareness, and customer loyalty.
3. Work closely with Key Account Managers / Relationship Managers from each marketplace platform to evaluate store performance and develop promotional strategies to improve monthly sales conversion.
4. Conduct regular competitor analysis, sales strategies, and campaigns to determine effective marketing strategies.
5. Review sales conversion achievements weekly and monthly.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree from any major.
2. At least 2 years of experience in managing operational stores on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Tiktok / Tokopedia.
3. Experience as a Key Account Manager / Relationship Manager on e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
4. Experience in E-Commerce Operations for Gadget Accessories / Computers products is an advantage.
5. Proficient with marketplace features such as Flash Sale, Feeds, etc.
6. Willing to be placed in Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat.
7. Available to join immediately.
