Mastercard is seeking a Vice President, Specialist Sales, Consumer Solutions to lead the Consumer Solutions strategy across East Southeast Asia. **All About You**
– Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
– Significant experience in consumer banking, cards, payments, digital commerce, fintech, or related industries.
– Proven success developing and executing commercial growth strategies within consumer payments and financial services.
– Deep understanding of consumer payments, credit, debit, prepaid, cardholder engagement, and portfolio growth drivers.
– Demonstrated ability to influence and engage senior customer executives and internal stakeholders.
– Proven track record identifying and scaling new business opportunities across multiple markets.
– Experience developing and executing complex go-to-market strategies and commercialization plans.
– Strong strategic, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive business decisions.
– Proven ability to lead and develop diverse, high‑performing teams.
– Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
– Experience working across multiple East Southeast Asia markets is highly preferred.
– Collaborative leader with a customer‑centric mindset and ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed organization.
