Responsibilities
Operations
- Manage marketplace strategy, operations, forecasts, and results, including short and long-term objectives, customer metrics, and overall performance. Develop reports and reporting formats.
- Oversee daily marketplace e-commerce operations, including customer service, updates, posting listings, promotions, merchandising, maintenance, and performance.
- Ensure daily site maintenance, such as correcting product descriptions, placement, posting new items, removing out-of-stock items, and ensuring functionality meets or exceeds company expectations. This involves managing sites through Alibaba and Channel Advisor.
- Reconcile marketplace listings.
- Develop time and action calendars with processes and procedures to ensure successful completion of tasks.
- Create cost center budgets for all phases of marketplace e-commerce.
- Manage relationships with digital agencies and external third parties involved in marketplace activities.
- Operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
Merchandising
- Develop merchandising strategy and presentation to ensure the site aligns with company directives and standards, and is updated to keep products fresh, new, and aligned with quarterly goals.
- Plan and execute marketplace promotions to maximize growth.
- Coordinate with internal partners and external agencies on digital merchandising, design, and marketing strategies. Manage execution and analysis of email marketing, affiliate programs, paid search, SEO, and other web-based marketing initiatives.
- Manage weekly inventory reports for marketplaces.
- Analyze marketing channels and site performance metrics to explain variances to the business.
- Optimize marketplace copy and metadata to maximize search engine traffic.
- Assist with SEO efforts, including keyword research, site audits, page and site optimization, link building, and competitive assessment.
Buying
- Develop and implement assortment and inventory plans aligned with sales targets. Collaborate with other divisions to maximize inventory efficiency.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations for new marketplace channels and growth plans.
- Manage replenishment and reorders.
- Report daily and weekly sales to management.
Customer Service
- Oversee the development of customer relationships through marketplace platforms.
- Review monthly customer service reports and implement action plans to improve process efficiency.
Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, including Red Dates. Working hours: 08.00 - 17.00 WIB. Sundays are holidays.
