What You'll Be Doing:
1. Marketing Campaign Management:
- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns for the E-Commerce.
- Coordinate promotional activities, including discounts, sales events, and product launches.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to meet sales and performance goals.
2. Digital Advertising:
- Manage and monitor paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
- Analyze ad performance and suggest improvements to maximize ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and apply SEO strategies to improve organic traffic.
3. Content Creation and Management:
- Develop engaging content for website banners, social media, email marketing, and ads.
- Ensure product descriptions, images, and landing pages align with brand standards.
- Create and schedule posts for social media platforms to increase brand visibility.
4. Email Marketing:
- Build and maintain email marketing lists.
- Create, schedule, and analyze email campaigns to improve open and click-through rates.
- Implement strategies to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
- Track key performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
- Generate reports and provide actionable insights to improve marketing efforts.
- Monitor competitors’ marketing activities and identify opportunities for improvement.
6. Collaboration:
- Work with the design team to create visually appealing marketing assets.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure campaigns align with stock availability and delivery timelines.

What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, SEO tools).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and an eye for detail in content creation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
