What You'll Be Doing:

1. Marketing Campaign Management:

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns for the E-Commerce.
  • Coordinate promotional activities, including discounts, sales events, and product launches.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to meet sales and performance goals.

2. Digital Advertising:

  • Manage and monitor paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
  • Analyze ad performance and suggest improvements to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research and apply SEO strategies to improve organic traffic.

3. Content Creation and Management:

  • Develop engaging content for website banners, social media, email marketing, and ads.
  • Ensure product descriptions, images, and landing pages align with brand standards.
  • Create and schedule posts for social media platforms to increase brand visibility.

4. Email Marketing:

  • Build and maintain email marketing lists.
  • Create, schedule, and analyze email campaigns to improve open and click-through rates.
  • Implement strategies to nurture leads and convert them into customers.

5. Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track key performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
  • Generate reports and provide actionable insights to improve marketing efforts.
  • Monitor competitors’ marketing activities and identify opportunities for improvement.

6. Collaboration:

  • Work with the design team to create visually appealing marketing assets.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure campaigns align with stock availability and delivery timelines.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Website traffic growth and engagement rates.
  • Conversion rates from marketing campaigns.
  • ROI of paid advertising campaigns.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, SEO tools).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity and an eye for detail in content creation.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
