E-commerce Manager (TikTok)

Responsibilities

1. Plan and execute promotional campaigns to enhance brand exposure and increase sales.
2. Responsible for increasing the awareness of Shop tab campaigns, including defining the positioning of the campaigns and developing marketing strategies both inside and outside the platform to enhance awareness of Shoptab's campaigns and attract organic traffic.
3. Design and execute awareness and communication plans for Shop tab, effectively integrating internal and external resources to expand shop tab influence and exposure through content creation, influencer collaborations, advertising, etc.
4. Control the entire process of user insights, Shop tab campaign positioning, etc., and conduct digital analysis of marketing effectiveness for meticulous management.
5. Possess strong creative ability, collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce high-quality promotional materials for Shop tab campaigns and generate viral marketing effects.

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, or related field.
2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience handling Brand in Tiktok Shop.
3. Strong understanding of the tools and features of each ecommerce platform.
4. Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. GMV exceeding min 2 billion / month each platform.
7. Strong data analysis and strategic planning capabilities to identify opportunities and drive sales growth.
8. Fluent in English for effective communication with international teams and clients; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage. Chinese language is preferred.
