Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic E-commerce Manager to join our team in Tangerang. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s online sales channels and digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue growth.

Manage and optimize online product listings, pricing, and content to ensure accuracy and appeal.

Monitor and analyze sales data, website analytics, and customer insights to improve performance and achieve targets.

Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure an exceptional online shopping experience.

Coordinate promotional activities, campaigns, and partnerships to strengthen brand visibility and sales performance.

Oversee daily e-commerce operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in E-commerce operations and sales management.

Proficient in data analysis and performance tracking using relevant tools and metrics.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration across departments.

Experience in marketing strategy and campaign development.

Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
