Job Description
- Manage business growth and financial returns of assigned shops, ensuring overall targets are met through planning, forecasting, monitoring, and reviewing
- Conduct thorough analysis to identify growth levers from traffic, conversion, assortment, and develop strategies to drive growth and execute them
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Leverage marketing resources; plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns or promotions to reach sales targets
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends for internal sales and marketing meetings
- Manage product creation, orders, campaigns, advertisements, shop content such as banners, cover photos, titles, and descriptions; optimize feeds
- Proficient in using paid promotion tools such as paid ads and bundled deals; perform market analysis and search rank optimization to increase shop traffic and conversion rate
- Analyze competitor stores and develop reasonable marketing plans; research platform trends, analyze local top search keywords, and identify hot-selling products
- Drive progress independently
- Result-oriented team player with an energetic attitude; manage a team of e-commerce shop specialists
