Lead and manage Live streaming & Online sales teams to achieve brand revenue targets.
Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive growth in traffic, conversion rate, and revenue across Shopee, TikTokshop, Lazada & Tokopedia.
Monitor and optimize promotional campaigns / seasonal promotions, track and analyze e-commerce ads, and take the initiative in recommending e-commerce strategic planning.
Routine coordination with E-commerce Relationship Manager regarding strategic campaigns.
Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Brand Marketing, Graphic Design, Supply Chain, and Content Creator to ensure effective E-commerce execution.
Regularly report on performance reviews (such as sales, livestream, affiliate program, traffic) for the Directors.
Who We Are Looking For:
Female/Male, maximum 30 years old.
Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience as E-commerce Supervisor or Manager (fashion industry will be a plus).
Have expertise in compiling and developing e-commerce & online sales strategies on the Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Tokopedia platforms.
Proactive, creative, and stay updated with digital consumer behavior.
Able to work in a dynamic and target-oriented environment.
Advanced with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
Willing to work from office (WFO) at Bekasi Selatan.
