About the role

Are you an experienced e-commerce professional looking to join a dynamic consumer electronics brand? We are seeking an E-commerce Manager to oversee our online retail operations and drive growth for Midea Electronics Indonesia. This is a full-time position based in Jakarta Pusat, Jakarta Raya.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy to increase online sales and brand visibility
• Manage online product catalogues, inventory, pricing and promotions
• Optimise the e-commerce platform for enhanced user experience and conversion rates
• Analyse website performance and customer data to identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate online and offline sales channels
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision making
• Oversee the e-commerce team and ensure operational efficiency

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of 5+ years in e-commerce management, preferably in the retail or consumer electronics industry
• Excellent understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, SEO and web analytics
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
