Job description

Tujuan Pekerjaan:

Mengelola dan mengembangkan kanal penjualan online (website, marketplace, affiliate, dan digital ads) untuk mencapai target omzet, efisiensi operasional, dan pertumbuhan brand secara digital.

Tanggung Jawab Utama:
1. Manajemen E-Commerce
  • Kelola toko online di marketplace (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, dll) dan website.

  • Susun dan jalankan strategi promosi (campaign, diskon, bundling, voucher).

  • Optimalkan tampilan produk, stok, dan pengalaman belanja online.

  • Analisa data trafik, penjualan, dan konversi untuk peningkatan performa.

2. Affiliate Marketing
  • Kembangkan program affiliate (Shopee/TikTok Affiliate atau sistem internal).

  • Rekrut dan kelola mitra affiliate (influencer, konten kreator, reseller digital).

  • Siapkan materi promosi dan monitor hasil kinerja affiliate.

3. Digital Ads Management
  • Rancang dan kelola iklan berbayar di Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, dan Google Ads.

  • Monitor budget, performa (ROAS, CTR, CPC), dan lakukan optimasi berkala.

  • Bekerja sama dengan tim marketing & desain untuk kebutuhan konten iklan.

4. Kolaborasi & Stakeholder
  • Koordinasi dengan tim marketing, gudang, dan customer service.

  • Bangun relasi dengan pihak marketplace, platform ads, dan partner logistik.

Kualifikasi:
  • Min. S1 (Bisnis, Marketing, Komunikasi, atau setara).

  • Pengalaman min. 3 tahun di e-commerce dan digital marketing.

  • Menguasai operasional marketplace, sistem affiliate, dan tools iklan digital.

  • Paham funnel digital, KPI seperti ROAS, AOV, CR, dan strategi campaign.

  • Mampu berpikir analitis, komunikatif, dan orientasi target.

KPI Utama:
  • Omzet e-commerce & pertumbuhan bulanan.

  • ROAS dari campaign iklan digital.

  • Conversion rate & cost per acquisition (CPA).

  • Kinerja affiliate & efektivitas promosi.

  • Return & cancelation rate tetap terjaga.
