As we grow towards 1,000 stores, we’re looking for a results-driven E-commerce Manager to lead and optimize our online sales performance—crafting compelling digital campaigns, enhancing customer experience, and driving conversions across all platforms to support our nationwide expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive online traffic, increase conversion rates, and grow revenue
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Manage and optimize the company’s e-commerce platforms
  • Ensure product listings, pricing, inventory, and content are accurate and up-to-date
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven improvements
  • Track key performance metrics (KPIs) such as sales, traffic, conversion rate, and ROI
  • Monitor customer feedback, returns, and complaints to optimize satisfaction
  • Collaborate with supply chain and warehouse teams to manage inventory levels and fulfillment processes
  • Ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital sales
  • Strong knowledge of online marketing, e-commerce platforms, and analytics tools
  • Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills
  • Experience with digital conversion optimization is a plus
