About the role

Join our dynamic team at PT. Sinshe Tekno Indonesia as our E-Commerce Manager. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our online sales channels across West Jakarta, Jakarta. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our digital marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, website traffic, and online conversions.

What you'll be doing

Developing short-term and long-term strategies for e-commerce growth that are integrated and aligned with the company's business objectives.

Responsible for managing all aspects of online store operations on various platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, Lazada, and Blibli), including managing product descriptions, stock, pricing, discounts, and promotional campaigns.

Creating and managing promotional calendars that are aligned with marketing strategies, sales momentum, and new product launches.

Monitoring and improving sales performance across all marketplaces and TikTok Shop by utilizing available tools and features effectively.

Coordinating with the brand awareness teams to create attractive store visual displays and promotional materials that are consistent with brand identity and values.

Working closely with the digital ads team to drive relevant traffic and increase conversion rates through measurable advertising campaigns.

Analyze sales data, visitor traffic, and consumer behavior to generate insights that support data-based decision making.

Establish and manage relationships with e-commerce enablers, marketplaces, and other supporting service providers to improve operational efficiency.

Ensure optimal customer experience from the click stage, purchase process, to after-sales service, to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our e-commerce performances

What we're looking for

Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university with minimum GPA 3,00

Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce manager or minimum 4 years of experience in e-commerce / digital marketing Supervisor. Preferably from Information Technology or Accessories Gadget products

Having experience from E Commerce company is preferred

Proven track record of successfully managing and growing online sales channels, including website, marketplaces, and mobile apps

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Familiar with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices

Willing to work in Cengkareng , Jakarta Barat
