A leading electronics company in Jakarta Utara is looking for an E-Commerce Specialist. The role involves assisting in daily online operations, coordinating with various teams to ensure product availability, and analyzing sales data. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce, with knowledge of online retail platforms. Proficiency in English and data analysis tools is essential.
Assist in daily e-commerce operations, including product listing, pricing updates, and content management.
Coordinate with the Purchasing team to ensure product availability and accurate online information.
Support the planning and execution of online campaigns and promotions with Marketing and Sales teams.
Monitor online store performance and customer experience, and report issues for improvement.
Collect and analyze sales and performance data to support business decisions.
Work with Customer Service, Logistics, and Tech teams to ensure smooth end-to-end online operations.
Contribute ideas and stay up to date with e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related fields.
Have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce or online retail (preferably in retail, electronics, or consumer goods).
Knowledge of online retail platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or local platforms such as Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada).
Experience in campaign execution, product merchandising, or digital sales.
Strong communication and coordination skills across departments.
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with data/analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) is a plus.
Fluent in English is a must (spoken and written).
Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about technology products and digital commerce.
