We have 13 offline stores in Bandung, Jakarta, Bogor, Tangerang, and Bekasi, and we're planning to expand further to other major cities in Indonesia in the next 1-2 years.

We're looking for an exceptional E-Commerce Lead to join our young, ambitious, and dynamic team.

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our online sales channels, ensuring we deliver a seamless and engaging customer experience.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and brand visibility.

Overseeing the day-to-day management and optimization of our e-commerce platforms, including website, online stores, digital marketing campaigns, and digital marketing ads.

Analyzing sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous innovation.

Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Merchandising, Ops, Warehouse, and Finance teams to ensure a cohesive and efficient online presence.

Identifying and implementing new technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.

Monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize e-commerce operations.

Providing strategic recommendations to the leadership team on e-commerce initiatives and long-term growth strategies.

What we're looking for

Proven track record of at least 3 years in e-commerce management; preferably within the retail or sports/apparels industry.

Excellent understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and customer behavior analysis.

Familiar with Meta, Google, Tiktok, and E-Commerce (Shopee, Tokopedia, Blibli) Ads.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Exceptional team management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience and driving business growth.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Hands-on and willing to go the extra miles.

Familiar with daily standup and weekly retro would be a plus.

Willing to work in our office in Bandung, West Java.
