Job description

Bachelor degree with a specialization in Information Systems, Business Management, or expertise in E-Commerce (esp. Lazada).

Minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant fields, preferably within the luxury or beauty sectors.

Interested and passionate about the e-commerce industry.

Must be able to speak English both orally and in writing.

Able to communicate well, verbally and non-verbally.

Proven ability in data analysis.

Possess entrepreneurial mindset, agility (adapt quickly to change in a fast paced environment), and attention to details.

Good attitude to connect with others, self-driven to complete task, and high initiative to take action and a team player

Strong Microsoft Office suite especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Job Description:

Ability to fully manage Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok Store:

Register product & price listing

Campaign and Promotion rules (set up banners, GWP, vouchers, etc)

CRM blasts (feeds, CEM)

Sponsored solution (discovery search & product, affiliate)

Monitor daily sales to allocate stock distribution

Liaise with other parties (marketing, designer, digital team) to create brief for store decoration/ PDP design to ensure good traffic and conversion.

Liaise with PIC from Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok on day-to day operations.

Provide insights to E-commerce Manager and work closely with the team to develop improvement plans/programs.

Provide & analyse monthly performance reports.

Ability to do live streaming on E-commerce Platform.
