Job description

Develop and execute comprehensive Paid Media strategies to drive traffic and sales on the company’s e-commerce platform.

Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to continuously refine marketing strategies.

Execute and optimize brand campaigns across various digital channels to achieve business objectives.

Plan, create, and manage Paid Media campaigns across various online platforms (e.g., website, social media, Google Ads, Meta Ad, Tiktok Ad, and Marketplace Ads).

Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Google Tag Manager, and sales data.

Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation, maximum ROI, and ROAS.

Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaign alignment and successful execution.

Work closely with regional, product, commercial, design, and marketplace teams to ensure paid performance and a seamless online shopping experience.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing agencies or in-house digital marketing, preferably in Health and Beauty Retail or FMCG Industry.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Experience with digital marketing and digital production, including Google & Facebook Ads, email marketing platforms, and content management systems (CMS).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing reporting tools (Google Analytics, Trend, Facebook Business, Tiktok Ads, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and analytics tools.
