About the role

As the E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager at PT Mustika Ratu, Tbk', you will be responsible for driving the company's online sales and digital marketing strategies. Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, you will be a key member of the marketing team, tasked with optimising the company's e-commerce platforms and leading digital marketing campaigns to promote the brand and increase customer engagement. This is a full-time position based in Pancoran, Jakarta Raya.

What you'll be doing

Oversee and manage the company's e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly customer experience

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, search engine marketing, email marketing and content marketing

Analyse data and generate insights to continuously optimise digital marketing campaigns and e-commerce performance

Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives

Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation

Manage a team of digital marketing specialists and ensure they are delivering high-quality, impactful work

Report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives and make recommendations for improvement

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing, preferably within the Beauty or Skin Care Category

Proven track record of successfully planning, executing and optimising digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making

Excellent project management and team leadership skills

Proficient in the use of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and e-commerce platforms

Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
