We are seeking a dynamic and strategic E-Commerce & Brand Manager to drive brand awareness and revenue growth across multiple online channels for innovative tech brands such as Octagoods, Aulumu, & Sharge. This role involves developing and executing integrated marketing and sales strategies, with a strong focus on e-commerce performance and digital marketing. The ideal candidate has a data-driven mindset and is passionate about identifying product opportunities through market and competitor research.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Leader, focusing on E-Commerce & Social Media Strategy (preferably with experience in building new brands)
  • Proven expertise in managing TikTok Ads, Marketplace Ads, and Relationship Management
  • Strong experience in campaign optimization to achieve high ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate marketing and sales performance reports
  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end digital product launches and branding
  • Passion for gadgets and technology is a plus
  • Willing to be based in Malang, Indonesia
